Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following position;

Warehouse Supervisor (1 position - Mzuzu)

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate shall assist in managing Parts Sales and the Warehouse.

Required Person:

We are interested in a person who meets the following criteria below;

•        Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
•        Over 3 years’ experience in Warehouse Management
•        Proven Parts Selling and Communication Skills
•        Team Player with strong leadership skills

Key responsibilities and Duties:

Warehouse Management

• Manages stock efficiently and minimises stock losses by planning and conducting daily perpetual stocktake.
• Ensures correct binning of stock items for easy identification and reduction in turn-around times for delivery to customers.
• Ensures optimum stock levels at all times by working directly with parts sales team to analyse demand and supply of parts.
• Ensures warehousing standards and stock display are maintained in line with CFAO guidelines.

Parts sales Management

• Ensures sales consultants develop sales prospects and pipeline to meet monthly targets.
• Tracks, monitors and reports sales performance, prospects and order pipeline to Parts manager for corrective action.
• Ensures lost sales are accurately captured to ensure demand is correctly recorded for inventory optimisation.
• Reviews individual sales plan monthly and ensures that plans are in line with achievement of budget.
• Builds and maintains effective relationships with existing and prospective customers for customer retention and business growth.

Performance management and staff development

•        Supervises and trains direct reports to maximise performance.  
•        Enforces a high level of customer relations and service in direct reports
